Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the co-operative business model, and its values and principles. Through one-on-one facilitation and participant challenges, we will explore the “co-operative advantage” of our own co-operative organizations, and examine the structure and social impact of credit unions and co-operatives in Canada and around the world.
